Brackley Wind Ensemble is a group of of enthusiastic wind instrument players who have played together as a band since 2004.

We are a vibrant and committed group that enjoy playing and performing together and are not parochial like so many amateur groups can become.

We hold concerts around the area to raise money for local charities: we have supported the Katherine House Hospice, Royal British Legion and the Air Ambulance. Our charity for 2022 is the Multiple Sclerosis Society.  This has a personal connection to our band and we look forward to raising funds for and awareness of this debilitating condition.

We are happy to play at many different venues, including churches, village halls, fêtes, and garden parties. We play all styles of music from classical to modern, and can adapt to suit the occasion.

NEXT CONCERT: Sunday 17th July - The Stratton Arms, Turweston - 2pm

If you are interested in joining our Wind Ensemble, please get in touch.

We are still open to new members — we are looking specifically for flautists, but openings are available for most instruments.

If you would like us to play for you, please send an email via our Contact Us page.
